Refund & Cancellation Policy:
At Relationship Yoga, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, courses, and retreat experiences. Due to the nature of our offerings, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.
1a. Coaching Services (1:1 & Packages)
Individual Sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
Coaching Packages:
All coaching packages are non-refundable once started.
If you choose to discontinue, any unused sessions will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Packages may be transferable at our discretion.
2a. Online Courses & Digital Products
Due to the immediate access to digital content, all course and digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. If a course includes a satisfaction guarantee, it will be clearly stated on the sales page and will override this policy.
3a. Retreats & In-Person Events
Because retreats require advance planning and financial commitments, the following cancellation policy applies:
Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future retreat (if applicable).
Cancellations:
60+ days before the retreat: Eligible for a refund minus deposit
30–59 days before: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
Less than 30 days before: No refunds
Transfers:
You may transfer your spot to another participant with prior written approval.
Organizer Cancellation
If Relationship Yoga cancels a retreat, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs outside of the retreat fee.
4a. Payment Plans
All payment plans are binding agreements.
You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation level.
Missed payments may result in suspension of access to services.
5a. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. Requests for exceptions due to emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
