Make Love Your Path
Loving well is a practice. This is where you learn it.
Through practicing the art of sacred relationship.
You've done the work on yourself.
The next practice is delivering it to the world through practice, which is the essence of love.
A path for spiritually-oriented singles or couples who are ready for spiritual partnership — one that meets you at your depth and becomes the container for your deepest growth.
Not manifesting. Not dating tactics. Not twin-flame fantasies. The actual skills of love-craft, lived through the practice of spiritual partnership.
Many paths will show you how to awaken but neglect the integrative embodiment of Love
Most spiritual practice focuses on waking up: higher states, peak experiences, mystical insight, and expanded awareness. But awakening alone is not integration. Without the deeper work of growing up and cleaning up, spiritual knowledge can remain unembodied, emotional patterns can stay unresolved, and even profound experiences can become fuel for bypassing, confusion, or spiritual ego.
Relationship Yoga was created to bring precision, balance, and guidance to the parts of the path most traditions neglect. Using the ego as curriculum rather than something to ignore, Relationship Yoga helps you identify what your inner system is ready to release, integrate, accept, or transform — from blocked emotions and limiting beliefs to shadow patterns, distorted identities, and detrimental structures of consciousness.
Instead of guessing what needs healing, forcing yourself through another practice, or chasing the next altered state, Relationship Yoga gives you a grounded way to work with your own greater intelligence. It is a living, guided framework for spiritual integration — helping you mature emotionally, clear what blocks your growth, and embody the wisdom you already know.
What makes Relationship Yoga Unique?
-
The standard postural Yoga of the west has wandered astray from its tantric roots and has become 90% physical, 10% metaphysical. Becoming physically strong and flexible is great and all but Yoga as a more complete and balanced tantric-based system possesses healing capabilities and personal empowerment opportunities way beyond what the west calls “yoga.” Relationship Yoga is a return to yoga’s tantric roots, unifying the 4 margas: 25% energetic, 25% meditational, 25% physical, & 25% metaphysical. If you want a yoga that heals and empowers, one designed for people with complex & chronic illness who can’t stretch/flex as well as others, you’re in the right place.

No. Relationship Yoga gets its name from this simple premise: Love is the ultimate meaning for the existence of your life and life itself. Unconditional Love is the ultimate healing power of the universe. The entire enterprise of Love is the realm of relationship. Though love requires relationship, your relationship with yourself and reality is enough to experience the benefits of this ancient/future practice. This Yoga is designed to walk a path with Unconditional Love itself as it reveals its secrets through you. The body is the path. Practice solo, as a partnership, or as a group, it will work for you.

If your interest in yoga is as a form of exercise and flexibility practice with a little spirituality thrown in, this yoga isn’t for you. If you do yoga for aesthetic reasons (to perfect your poses and maintain a hot yoga-bod), this yoga isn’t for you. This yoga is for those who desperately need to hope, heal, and transform. It was initially offered by a Himalayan Yog-Vedantic Master and has been formatted into a system tailored for those with complex/chronic illness, neurodivergence, and/or simply those who’ve been called to walk the path of embodying awakened Unconditional Love. Have you been called?

I can’t say that this Yoga is a cure for any disease, but I can say that it is supportive in transforming many chronic or debilitating conditions. It is a system customized by two holistically-educated wellness practitioners who have suffered from a near lifetime of conditions. We have seen it stabilize moods, balance personality disorders, bring vitality back to ill-bodies, revitalize and unify romantic partners. Though our programs could benefit most anyone, this system is especially tailored for those who suffer with POTS, MCAS, EDS, chronic: Lyme/EBV/HSV/Covid, anxiety and/or depression.
Relational healing/improvement happens as the teachings and practices unfold. This is vertical relational development - not the typical horizontal “relationship advice” dimension of relationship improvement.
