What results should I reasonably expect?
If you’re anything like the founders of Relationship Yoga, you might have arrived at this website with years or even decades of unresolved chronic & complex illness, trauma and personality disorder, and/or existential fatigue. You may have gone undiagnosed or unsuccessfully treated for most of that time and may have lost hope in the medical system, in your own wellbeing, and even in humanity. We hear you and have this to say to you, spiritual warrior: no other spiritual path encompasses what yoga has to offer when it comes to holistic wellness and existential wellbeing. It isn’t healed until it’s healed on the existential dimension and no studio-style yoga class will give you the deeper tantric wisdom and energetic mastery needed to heal as deeply as you need. You can heal in so many ways more than you can currently imagine. We believe in you.

Relationship Yoga’s views on illness do not contradict mainstream Naturopathic views. We believe mainstream blood and other tests are valuable in aiming a correct therapy in the correct direction. If you work with the deeper healing aspects of Cory’s guidance within the platform, you will have to participate in mainstream testing and perhaps some mainstream therapies. In addition, you will receive very personalized expert guidance if you are struggling with a complex/chronic illness. All of this accompanies the powerful metaphysical and energetic aspects of healing with RY that I can only briefly note here. Experience is the only way to reveal these more mysterious dimensions of awakening your own inner healer.

Awakening your own inner healer is a vital continuing-support therapeutic approach to wellness and wellbeing. If you have struggled to maintain an energetic adjustment made by an acupuncture, cranio-sacral, reiki, spiritual, Naturopathic, etc. practitioner, it is for a good reason. You weren’t meant to be cured completely by something or someone outside yourself. Your illness is the path your Soul chose to experience a particular journey and it is your responsibility to answer that call yourself. Relationship Yoga heals through you, it doesn’t heal you. It brings you through the journey of awakening states of consciousness and energetic mastery which are latent in you already. These techniques, which are largely unknown or at least remain largely undiscussed in mainstream healing conversations, are mostly tantric in origin, which has nothing to do with sexuality but everything to do with your relationship with your body.

These practices employ the use of tantrik energetic technologies (pranic & kundalini) via practices that make energetic awakening safe and sustainable. When one doesn’t know how to distribute kundalini energy the way the ancient tantriks understood, one can spring and spiral their way through psychosis, manic depressive swings, energy crashes and other such challenging aspects. This lack of wisdom has given kundalini energy a bad rap unfortunately, but the techniques used here are well founded and practiced ancient processes which provide the user mastery without the muck.

Yoga is inherently a spiritual philosophy and practice so if you aren’t open to spiritual teachings and practices I suggest you give this a try anyway. Keep an open mind as you learn to open your heart in ways you may not have experienced before. Relationship Yoga is a combination of multiple religious lineages which include: Hindu Tantra, Buddhist Tantra, Mystical Christianity, Zen Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, and contemporary non-duality combined with western philosophy and scientific rigor. We want you to have as many of the benefits of these traditions as you are willing to tolerate without demanding religious devotion or arbitrary belief adoption. This practice is about liberation from the past and won’t ask you to entangle yourself within a constrained future.
