I had the privilege of being introduced to Cory by my coach, during a time when I was really in a lot of pain. Going through a serious identity crisis and struggle with injury and pain in my body as well as a breakup of a codependent and toxic relationship. There was a lot of muck in my life and when I was introduced to Cory I was immediately taken aback by his presence and his honesty and kindness and love and you can just feel it from Cory, right from the get-go. And I knew immediately that I wanted his help and have him in my life. Working with Cory with Chakra work - we worked up the root, sacral, solar plexus, and heart chakra over the course of 6 months or so and it was so tremendously supportive and impactful for me in what was a long healing year. I always felt heard, supported, loved and championed by him. I felt like I was able to clear a lot of energy that was stuck and holding me back - burdening me. It all released with the tapping energy work we did and we were able to open up my mind to different ways of being that were more supportive and more open to a loving, healed and content existence. And I’m incredibly grateful for this work and I would highly recommend it to anybody who is going through a hard time and needs support healing and moving through challenging circumstances. Before I began doing chakra work with Cory, I had been in talk therapy for a couple of years. A lot of issues and old wounds were addressed and worked through during that time, but I continued to feel very weighed down and stagnant energetically. I became interested in somatic healing and energy work, so I reached out to Cory. Cory taught me so much! His gentleness and loving spirit, as well as the structured process he took me through, allowed me to show up, relax, trust the process, and follow his guidance. He created an incredibly safe space for me to connect with myself, to feel deeply, and to move stuck energy. It was incredible. There is so much I could say about my experience of working with Cory, but the primary thing that sticks out for me and holds so much value for me is how comprehensive his teachings were. I’ve been on my spiritual journey and road to awakening for quite a long time and I’ve done a lot of work on my own—reading books, listening to podcasts, etc. but I got to a point where I realized I could only take myself so far and I needed some help. I needed some guidance, some one-on-one assistance because though there was a lot that I discovered on my own, I realized I had skipped steps and missed key things that blocked my awakening experience. And the thing that’s great about Cory’s teachings is how they are a guided, step-by-step process that walks you through each little area of your life, each little lesson that opens you up to a whole new way of seeing things. His meditations became something I really relied on and enjoyed doing. I was a meditator before but his teaching and meditations took me to a whole new level because they are such a high quality. So I highly recommend him and since I finished working with him, life has opened up for me in a truly beautiful and miraculous way. I’m so grateful.

Life has a way of delivering what you need... After engaging with traditional talk therapy consistently for many, many months - I was looking for another path through the personal roadblocks I was experiencing; a different path to emotional freedom. Spend 15 minutes with Cory and you will feel whether or not he should be part of your journey forward. Cory has a gifted ability to show up with a genuine, loving presence capable of hearing and seeing you exactly where you are - wherever you are in your journey and in that moment. He is both knowledgeable and agile in his unique ability to skillfully leap all over the healing and spiritual growth spectrum; He can draw on traditional psychology models on one end (if that’s what you need in the moment) and pure energetic, loving presence and spiritual awakening support on the other end (if that’s what you’re ready for). Cory can make a positive impact in any life that chooses to truly show up.

I knew Cory was what I needed during my first call with him. I could just feel his loving presence had something to teach me that I desperately needed. He’s just so happy! Little did I know how much my life would change for the better by working with him for the six months I did. He taught me how to love myself and my son in ways I didn’t realize I was capable of.
