Is Relationship Yoga just couple’s yoga?

No. It can be practiced solo, with a partner, or with a group. It can be practiced without anyone else knowingly participating with you and you will still receive the benefits. There are both solo and partner practice portions of the site. If you are partnered with someone who is interested in spiritual growth—inner and outer union—invite them to join you in some Relationship Yoga guided practices and take your relationship into greater dimensional wellbeing. No one yet has perfected love-craft. We are all learning and growing to become the greatest lover life has ever known. You are the chosen one (along with everyone else).

  • “Relationship” as it is used to term this unique Yoga means a great many things. A relationship can be as rudimentary as being aware of something. “I see my phone” is a relationship with your phone. “I feel and deeply care about how I treat you” is another degree of relationship. In-between those two gross examples are the myriad subtle attributes of love. Qualities of consciousness and felt-sense experience that we chose to come to earth in order to experience, understand, and grow within ourselves. Are you relating intentionally? Are you freely choosing the degree of presence or kindness or care you are investing into any moment of attending to another? Or are you living out your conditioned, unconscious character traits, which are likely causing suffering in others who are in relationship with you? It’s time to awaken to the relational dimensions of life. It’s time for relational spirituality. It’s time for relational healing. That is why you are here reading this right now.

  • This Yoga is designed to provide a path toward realizing and actualizing (embodying) unconditional love. Few spiritual traditions know what to do with Love as a teaching or a path, let alone a practice. Relationship Yoga offers you comprehensive teachings and practices that let Love flow through your life, affecting everything and everyone it touches. Source Love is the ultimate healing energy, the ultimate meaning, and the ultimate reason to act in this universe. Learning how to access it and let it change our character is the most valuable panoply of skills we can acquire. We can become more unconditionally loving. Love can heal us in body, mind, and spirit. We can invite unconditional love into our relationships and reveal the magic of this ultimate power. Consider this your unconditional love training school.

  • All apparent opposites are just two sides of the same coin. Fear is just a crude form of love as True Love has no opposite. Learning how to work with dichotomies and polarities meaningfully and intentionally is key to making vertical ascension a smooth journey. Masculine and feminine dimensions are organizing principles with myriad aspects which must be unified within ourselves, not as another. You don’t need anyone to complete you. You need someone to compliment and challenge you. Entering and navigating a “divine union” is full of pitfalls and luxuries of the spirit. Sometimes it helps to seek impartial guidance when it comes to navigating our egos and their narcissistic or codependent tendencies.

  • If you and your partner would like to add and/or grow an intentional spiritual dimension to your relationship, you’ve come to the right place. This site is host to multiple partner-based exercises and instruction to foster love, understanding, divinity, and unity. We offer partner coaching to navigate the complexities of the vertical dimension of relationship rather than the standard relationship advice you can get from a podcast or relationship coach. Vertical relationship is about growing up your ego, cleaning up your karma, connecting to the divine, awakening the heart, and unifying polarities within. Join us if you and your partner are ready to grow further into a spiritually evolutionary relationship.
